Zubereitung

Liquorice sauce, and season with the Orange Delight rub.
  • Halve the buns and toast them golden brown.
  • Spread the bottom half with crème fraîche and top with lamb's lettuce and kimchi.
  • Spoon the pulled pork onto the bun, sprinkle cheese over it, and cover the burger with the top half of the bun.
