Preparation

  1. Mix the stock with the curry paste.
  2. Add the star anise and cinnamon.
  3. Use a spiralizer to cut the potato into spaghetti strands.
  4. Cook the strands in the stock. Let them cool in the stock as well, so the flavor can infuse.
