Asparagus in avocado oil with Dutch camembert

Camembert tastes surprisingly good with green asparagus.

Ingredients

Asparagus
herb salt
Ossekop cheese
roasted seeds
Avocado oil

Preparation

  1. Peel the asparagus and blanch until just under al dente in salted water.
  2. Grill the asparagus in a grill pan, rubbed with avocado oil and sprinkled with herb salt.
  3. Place them warm on a plate.
  4. Add some ripe Dutch camembert (Ossekopkaas) on top and heat with a blowtorch.
  5. Finish with roasted seeds (briefly in the oven).
