3Greek yogurt
2ripe avocados
juice of 1 lime
5Condensed milk
chocolate muffin batter
20gemulbinder
4blood orange purée
Preparation
- Clean the avocados and place them in a blender together with the other ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Fill an avocado mold and place in the freezer.
- Put the chocolate muffin batter in the silicone pit mold and bake in the oven.
- Place the puff pastry sheets between a sandwich maker and bake until crispy.
- Cut into wedges and lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Put the blood orange purée in a measuring jug.
- Add the emulbinder and blend until smooth using a hand blender.
- Fill a piping bag.
