2units.itemsPart BACARDÍ Spiced Rum
3units.itemsPart Hot water
1units.itemsCinnamon stick
1.5units.itemsknob of unsalted butter
0.25Soft brown sugar
1units.itemsStar anise

Preparation

  1. Heat everything except the BACARDÍ Spiced Rum, but do not boil.
  2. Pour the BACARDÍ Spiced Rum into a glass first and top up with the hot drink.
  3. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and pineapple leaves.
