Basic recipe tartelette

The basic recipe for your tartelette.

Ingredients

250gFlour
125gButter
teaspoon of water
teaspoon of salt
plastic fluted baking mold

Preparation

  1. Sift the flour and put it with one teaspoon of salt in the food processor with the blade attachment.
  2. While mixing, add 125 grams of butter cubes until a crumbly dough forms.
  3. Finally, add one teaspoon of water to form a firm dough.
  4. Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes under cling film.
  5. Roll out the dough and bake it using the tartlet molds.
