Preparation
- Sift the flour and put it with one teaspoon of salt in the food processor with the blade attachment.
- While mixing, add 125 grams of butter cubes until a crumbly dough forms.
- Finally, add one teaspoon of water to form a firm dough.
- Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes under cling film.
- Roll out the dough and bake it using the tartlet molds.
