Preparation

  1. Cut the vegetables into pieces of about 3 x 3 centimeters.
  2. Thread the vegetables and skin-on baby potatoes onto a skewer.
  3. Brush the skewer with the marinade.
  4. Bake in the oven, pan, or on the barbecue.
