1kgFloury potatoes
2Eggs
Beet juice
Pepper and salt
silicone bonbon mold
250gFlour
Preparation
- Cook the potatoes in salted water with a splash of beet juice. Mash the potatoes and mix in the flour, butter, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place in molds and freeze. Before serving, bring salted water to a boil and add the frozen gnocchi. When they float to the surface, they are cooked and warm.
