Beetroot gnocchi bonbons

Delicious beetroot gnocchi. Use bonbon molds for a special presentation.

Ingredients

30gButter
1kgFloury potatoes
2Eggs
Beet juice
Pepper and salt
silicone bonbon mold
250gFlour

Preparation

  1. Cook the potatoes in salted water with a splash of beet juice. Mash the potatoes and mix in the flour, butter, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place in molds and freeze. Before serving, bring salted water to a boil and add the frozen gnocchi. When they float to the surface, they are cooked and warm.
