Black Oak Cocktail

Cocktail with Matusalem Gran Reserva, coffee liqueur, salted caramel and orange. Full-bodied, sweet and with a hint of salt.

Ingredients

30mlCoffee liqueur
Grated orange zest
90mlCold coffee
45mlMatusalem Gran Reserva 15
Maldon salt
Salted liquid caramel

Preparation

  1. Brush the side of the glass with the liquid caramel and sprinkle with Maldon salt.
  2. Measure the ingredients and pour them into the glass.
  3. Stir gently with a bar spoon.
  4. Finish the cocktail with freshly grated orange zest.
