250gFrench butter
Tarragon
Salt
Preparation
- Let the butter soften.
- Chop the herbs and mix with the flower petals, cranberries, and salt into the butter (tip: wear gloves and mix by hand for best results).
- Roll the butter in foil into a tight log.
- Remove from the foil and coat the log with herbs, flowers, and cress as desired.
- Press the garnish firmly into the butter.
- Roll it tightly in foil again and refrigerate until use.
