Flowers and herb butter

Flowers and herb butter are a delicate combination of edible flowers and fresh herbs, giving butter a subtle and aromatic accent.Serve lightly whipped butter or a colorful flower butter with edible flowers and/or herbs. A feast on the table!

Ingredients

25gParsley
cranberry pieces
Petals
Cress
Chervil
Chives
250gFrench butter
Tarragon
Salt

Preparation

  1. Let the butter soften.
  2. Chop the herbs and mix with the flower petals, cranberries, and salt into the butter (tip: wear gloves and mix by hand for best results).
  3. Roll the butter in foil into a tight log.
  4. Remove from the foil and coat the log with herbs, flowers, and cress as desired.
  5. Press the garnish firmly into the butter.
  6. Roll it tightly in foil again and refrigerate until use.
