Ingredients

240mlDonelli Moscato Orange
1lblood orange sorbet
120mlAperol

2scoops of blood orange sorbet
30mlDonelli Moscato Orange
20mlAperol

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend into a scroppino.

  1. Loosen the sorbet with the Aperol using a whisk.
  2. Finally, add the Donelli Moscato Orange.
