Preparation
- Boil 150 grams of water, 50 grams of citrus boiron, 65 grams of sugar, and 10 grams of blue tea (blue flower) until the sugar is dissolved.
- Let cool.
- Add 100 grams of lemon boiron, 30 grams of Bombay, the zest of 1 lemon, and blue food coloring, and freeze into ice balls.
- Pour the tonic and the gin into a carafe and pour into 2 glasses.
- Add the ice balls.
