
Bordalou rhubarb
A delicious bordalou tart!Ingredients
Rhubarb
yogurt ice cream or mousse
bordalou tartlets
Sugar
Preparation
- Cut the rhubarb into pieces, briefly fry in a hot pan and caramelize with sugar to taste. Do this quickly, otherwise the rhubarb will become too soft. Place on a sieve to drain excess moisture. Spoon the rhubarb onto the bordalou tartlets and bake in the oven.
- Serve with a scoop of yogurt ice cream or yogurt mousse.
