Butterscotch & Crème de Cacao Sour

Rich autumn cocktail with De Kuyper Butterscotch and Crème de Cacao, lemon and egg white. Full-bodied, fresh and creamy with a hint of cocoa.

Ingredients

30mlLemon juice
20mlDe Kuyper Crème de Cacao White
20mlEgg white
40mlDe Kuyper Butterscotch
Ice cubes
Lemon peel

Preparation

  1. Dry shake the above ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake hard for 10 seconds.
  3. Pour from the shaker using a strainer into a pre-chilled (Nick & Nora) glass with ice.
  4. Garnish with lemon peel.
