Camembert to share

And delicious warm camembert, generously topped. Perfect as a starter for two, but also certainly as an alternative snack. Let your guests scoop the warm cheese themselves with bread.

Ingredients

Garlic
Chorizo cubes
Camembert
Smoked paprika flakes
Smoked ham
Lavender honey

Preparation

  1. Cut the camembert into cubes and place them in an oven dish.
  2. Distribute the ham between the cheese cubes and sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of chorizo cubes over them.
  3. Strip the rosemary from the sprigs and scatter over the cheese.
  4. Mix 3 tablespoons of honey with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 1 tablespoon of water and pour this over everything.
  5. Finally, grate some smoked paprika flakes on top.
  6. Place the dish in an oven at 180°C until the cheese is creamy.
  7. Serve with slices of bread.
