Ingredients

1vanilla pod
700mlDebic Cheesecake
200mlMilk

1lJasmine tea, cold
1Tray of honey cress
50gSalted caramel crumble

Preparation

  1. Melt the Debic Cheesecake and mix together with the milk and the seeds from the vanilla pod.
  2. Transfer to a one-liter siphon and charge with two gas cartridges. Chill for at least 3 hours.

  1. Pour the cold tea into the glasses and finish with the foam, the crumble, and honey cress leaves.
