700mlDebic Cheesecake
200mlMilk
1lJasmine tea, cold
1Tray of honey cress
50gSalted caramel crumble
Preparation
- Melt the Debic Cheesecake and mix together with the milk and the seeds from the vanilla pod.
- Transfer to a one-liter siphon and charge with two gas cartridges. Chill for at least 3 hours.
- Pour the cold tea into the glasses and finish with the foam, the crumble, and honey cress leaves.
