Ingredients

30mlSparkling or soda water
90mlProsecco
Ice cubes
60mlClementino della Piana
Orange slice

Preparation

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Pour Clementino della Piana and prosecco into the glass and add sparkling water.
  3. Stir briefly and garnish with an orange slice. Salute!
