Coconut Highball

A delicious drink of whisky with lemon juice, coconut syrup, and sparkling water.Serve with a slice of lime, a sprig of mint, and ice cubes.

Ingredients

0.5part lemon juice
Sparkling water
1.5parts Dewar's Caribbean Smooth
0.5cup olive oil
Ice cubes
Mint sprig
lime wedge

Preparation

  1. Fill a chilled highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the whisky, lemon juice, and syrup.
  3. Add the sparkling water and stir the ingredients well together.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint.
