Ingredients

4Pears
4units.centimeterFresh ginger
1Turmeric
Roasted hazelnuts
Olive oil
nocciola ice cream
container of Yka leaves

Preparation

  1. Peel the ginger and chop finely.
  2. Peel the pears and remove the core. Cut into pieces.
  3. Stew the ginger and pear in olive oil, water, and turmeric.
  4. Let cool in the refrigerator.
  5. Spoon some compote into each bowl. Top with a scoop of ice cream and finish with roasted and chopped hazelnuts, a few drops of olive oil, and some finely chopped yka leaves.
