Cream of (marinated) wakame

A delicious salty cream to accompany, for example, a fish dish.

Ingredients

240gPoultry stock
80gSesame oil
80gSushi vinegar
100gWakame salad
10ggel cream cold (Sosa)

Preparation

  1. Blend 100 grams of wakame salad with 240 grams of poultry stock until completely smooth. Add 80 grams of sesame oil and 80 grams of sushi vinegar (keep the machine running).
  2. Strain the mixture and blend in 10 grams of gel cream cold (Sosa) with an immersion blender.
