Ingredients

Dessert Espuma Sabayon
citrus fruits
vanilla ice cream

Preparation

  1. Place the Dessert-Espuma Sabayon siphon in a bain-marie at 50°C-60°C.
  2. Cut various types of citrus fruit à vif and place in a glass.
  3. Scoop a ball of vanilla ice cream and place on top of the citrus fruit.
  4. Shake the Sabayon canister vigorously and dispense as desired while holding the bottle upside down.
  • Tip: clean the nozzle after each use with warm water.
