Dim sum under a rice cracker

Oriental finger food.

Ingredients

Oil
Rice flour
Coriander
Water
chicken gyozas

Preparation

  1. Make a rice batter by mixing rice flour with water (ratio is 1 part flour to 9 parts water).
  2. Mix well and season with a little salt.
  3. Transfer this batter to a squeeze bottle.
  4. Let the gyozas thaw.
  5. Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
  6. Place the gyozas flat side down in the oil and squirt a little of the batter in between, until the pan is filled (thin layer).
  7. Put the lid on the pan and lower the heat.
  8. Let the gyozas warm up and the rice cracker crisp up.
  9. Flip everything onto a plate. Garnish with a sauce of your choice and fresh coriander.
