Ingredients

35mlKETEL 1 Matuur
strong hot coffee
Brown sugar
Whipped cream

Preparation

  1. Spoon two teaspoons of brown sugar into a nice glass.
  2. Add 35 ml KETEL 1 Matuur.
  3. Pour in strong, hot coffee.
  4. Stir a few times with a (bar)spoon.
  5. Carefully float the whipped cream onto the coffee until the glass is filled exactly.
