In the patisserie magazine, we have created a number of coffee variations including small sweet bites.These perfect combinations are ideal for the guest who does not want dessert, but can be tempted by something extra.Ingredients
15mlMonin chocolate syrup
1shot of lungo coffee
Whipped cream
15mlBailey's
15mlAmaretto Disaronno
1Bailey's
75gEgg yolk
150gCream
edible flower
Oreo crumbs
Chocolate flower pots
chocolate ice cream
15gicing sugar
Preparation
- Pour the chocolate syrup into the cup.
- Pour in the liqueurs and then gently add the coffee.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Blend the Bailey's with the cream, egg yolk, and powdered sugar using a hand blender.
- Pour into a siphon, charge, and chill until use.
- Pipe some Bailey's mousse into the chocolate flowerpot and place a scoop of chocolate ice cream on top.
- Fill up with the mousse.
