Rum old fashioned

This cocktail consists of El Dorado 12 years Old rum, cocktail bitters, orange peel and slice, and brown sugar.

Ingredients

Orange slice
50mlEl Dorado 12 Years Old
Orange peel
1Brown sugar cube
Cocktail bitters

Preparation

Drip the cocktail bitters onto the sugar cube until it is soaked through. Place this in a mixing glass and add the El Dorado 12 Years Old along with an orange slice. Add some ice and stir for 30 to 40 seconds. Fill a tumbler with ice and pour the contents of the mixing glass over the ice using a strainer. Garnish with orange peel.
