Eminente Coco Collins

Eminente Ron de Cuba is a Cuban rum, made with no less than 70% aguardientes. This exceptionally high-quality rum was developed by the island's youngest Maestro Ronero: César Martí.The rum is made with 70% aged aguardientes, the highest proportion of all Cuban rums, and has matured for at least seven years in oak barrels. The talented rum master César Martí was inspired by 19th-century Cuban rum. Martí is a true master of the art of aging and blending aguardientes. Eminente is made in the heart of Cuba and connects the rum style of the western side of the island, which is excellent for cocktails, with that of the eastern part of the island, where rums are mainly made for sipping. Eminente is perfectly balanced. In aroma and taste, it is refreshing and robust, and ideal for both mixing and drinking neat.

Ingredients

50mlEminente Reserve rum
20mlLime juice
15mlcoconut syrup
A few drops of sparkling water
Ice cubes
Lime slice

Preparation

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the rum, lime juice, coconut syrup, and a few drops of sparkling water into the glass.
  3. Stir with a bar spoon and garnish with a slice of lime.
