200mlWhole milk
500gWhite miller’s bread
100gBanana
1Cinnamon
100gBanoffee curd
500mlDebic Mascarpone plus
75gSugar
50gBanoffee curd
100gWhipped cream with sugar
Preparation
- Heat 50 ml of the mascarpone cream in a saucepan and slowly melt the Banoffee curd into it. Let cool to lukewarm.
- Whip the remaining mascarpone cream until light and firm.
- Carefully fold in the banoffee mixture. Refrigerate until use.
- Mix the Banoffee curd with the cream.
- Caramelize the sugar in a pan and deglaze with the cream mixture. Let it boil briefly until you have a smooth caramel sauce. Serve lukewarm.
