
Glazed carrots with tahini

Preparation
- Place the peeled carrots on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and cumin. Roast them in the oven for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Prepare the tahini glaze by mixing the tahini, oil, lemon juice, date syrup, rosemary, one tablespoon of water, and salt. Add a little more water if needed for a smooth texture.
- Place the carrots on a plate, drizzle with the tahini glaze, and sprinkle with the almonds.
