Marinated red fruit

A cheerful and summery dish. Perfectly suited as a refreshing dessert or fruit salad.

Ingredients

Blackberries
Strawberries
Raspberries
liqueur (of choice)

Preparation

  1. Halve the strawberries.
  2. Put all the fruit in the Vacuvin marinating dish, add a splash of liqueur of your choice.
  3. Put the lid on the dish, toss everything around briefly, and then remove the air with the pump. Repeat this 5 times in a row for the best result.
  4. Let stand for at least 1 hour.
