For this cocktail, Gimber has been used, the organic alternative to any alcoholic drink.The concentrate is packed with high-quality organic ginger, lemon, herbs, and spices.

Ingredients

1Pineapple
1Rosemary sprig
Ice cubes
3units.centilitergimber
15units.centilitersparkling water or tonic

Preparation

  1. Blend the pineapple.
  2. Fill two glasses halfway with ice cubes.
  3. Mix the pineapple juice and GIMBER together in a shaker and mix well.
  4. Add sparkling water or tonic.
  5. Serve with a sprig of rosemary.
