Refreshing spritz with De Kuyper Grapefruit liqueur, sparkling wine, and soda water. Served over ice with a slice of grapefruit.Spritzes are hot. Refreshing, accessible, and extremely popular. Ice
30mlSparkling water
Grapefruit slice
90mlSparkling wine
60mlDe Kuyper Grapefruit liqueur

Preparation

  1. Fill a spritz glass with ice.
  2. Pour De Kuyper liqueur, sparkling wine, and soda water into the glass and stir.
  3. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
