These Greek pitas are delicious served toasted.Serving suggestion: Toast the pitas until crispy in a sandwich press. Spread a generous layer of hummus on top and garnish with dried tomato, olive oil, and pomegranate seeds. Finish the pitas with plenty of garden cress!
