Ingredients: 200 ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water; Samphire; 40 ml Hermit Dutch Coastal Gin; Grapefruit; Ice cubes

A gin and tonic based on a gin from our own soil. De Hermit Dutch Coastal Gin is a special gin, made with, among other things, filtered water from the Oosterschelde.The samphire as a garnish gives this Gin Tonic a salty, quintessentially Dutch touch.

Samphire

40mlHermit Dutch Coastal Gin

Grapefruit

Ice cubes

Preparation

Fill the glass with ice.
Mix the gin with the tonic.
Garnish with samphire and a slice of grapefruit.
