This Hot Cider & Whiskey is a beautiful mix of fresh apple cider and aromatic whiskey.Recipe for approximately one teapot for 6 people.

Nutmeg

Fresh lemon juice (to taste)

360mlApple cider

180mlWhiskey

Honey (to taste)

Spice mix - licorice, cinnamon and star anise

Dried orange

Preparation

Put the spices (licorice, cinnamon, star anise, and nutmeg) in the teapot filter.
Heat the rum and apple cider.
Pour the rum and apple cider into the teapot.
Pour from the teapot into the glasses, each containing a slice of dried orange.
