Snickers ice cream

Making ice cream with the Rowzer, we love doing that!

Ingredients

125gSugar
8Egg yolks
1Whole egg
pulp from a vanilla pod
20gprocrema (Sosa)
1lMilk

Preparation

  1. Bring the milk with sugar and vanilla to just below boiling. , Add the procrema. , Pour this over the loosened yolks and the whole egg. , Carefully heat to 85°C, remove from the heat and let the flavors infuse.
  2. Strain and let cool. , Pour into a cup and place three Snickers upright in it. , Freeze and churn into Snickers ice cream.
