
Cod with Coburger ham and wild garlic
This cod is wrapped in a slice of Coburger ham and cooked sous-vide with a bit of wild garlic.A beautiful combination with grilled mini zucchini. Simple, but very tasty.Ingredients
sprig of vine tomatoes
white wine sauce or Hollandaise sauce
Picudo olive oil

Preparation
- Place the tomatoes in a small oven dish.
- Drizzle with picudo olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Place in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 8 minutes.
- Remove the cod with Coburger ham and wild garlic from the vacuum and pat dry.
- Drizzle with picudo olive oil and place in a preheated oven at 175°C for 8 minutes.
- Drizzle the mini courgettes with picudo olive oil and grill or fry them in a pan or on the barbecue.
- Place the grilled mini courgette on the plate, then add the cod with Coburger ham and wild garlic and the vine tomatoes.
- Serve with white wine sauce or Hollandaise sauce.
