Delicious in dessert, but also in a starter with albacore tuna tartare. In that case, replace part of the sugar with polydextrose (25245990).Ingredients

150gMelted butter
45gblack quinoa cooked
120gorange juice
240gPowdered sugar
Preparation
- Mix the orange juice, sugar, and flour into a smooth mixture. Add the pre-cooked black quinoa and finally the warm butter.
- Let the batter rest for 3 hours in a cool place.
- Use a spoon to make circles of the batter and place them on a silicone mat or parchment paper and bake at 175°C until evenly golden brown.
- Roll the quinoa tuiles around a PVC pipe or the handle of a whisk so they cool further in the right shape.
