
Liefmans tarte tatin with tomato
Tarte tatin with tomato and Liefmans Fruitesse. Finish with a sprig of rosemary.Ingredients

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 150°C and meanwhile soak the sugar in the Liefmans Fruitesse. After a few minutes, drain the Liefmans to obtain pink sugar.
- Rub a roasting pan with olive oil and spread the Liefmans sugar over it.
- Cover the entire bottom with a double layer of thinly sliced tomato. Sprinkle the rosemary over it.
- Place the roasting pan in the oven for 10 minutes and drain off any excess juice if necessary.
- Increase the temperature to 200°C and lay the dough over the tomato, pressing it well along the sides and pricking a few holes in the dough.
- Return the whole to the oven for 25 min. Immediately invert the tarte tatin onto a plate and serve with a nice piece of meat.
