
Macaron blueberry

Ingredients
10gPurple food coloring
500gmacaron mix
90gwater (40-45°C)
140gwater (35°C)
700gwhipped cream
140gtiramisu base

Preparation
- Put all ingredients in a stand mixer and mix for 5 minutes on the highest setting with a paddle attachment until you have a smooth batter.
- Pipe the batter onto silicone paper in strips of 10 centimeters.
- Let the batter dry for 10 minutes.
- Bake the macarons in the oven at 130⁰C for 20–22 minutes, with the door slightly open.
