Mango banana float

Sultry and fruity: banana ice cream with mango soda for an exotic party with a foamy head.A soda float is a combination of soft drink and (ice) cream, where the ice cream is served in a glass with sparkling drink. The reaction with the carbonation creates foam, resulting in an airy texture and an ‘Instagram worthy’ appearance.

Ingredients

Freeze-dried mango cubes
Thomas Henry Mystic Mango
2Scoops of banana ice cream

Preparation

  1. Place the glass in the freezer beforehand.
  2. Pour a little Thomas Henry Mystic Mango into the glass.
  3. Add a scoop of ice cream to the glass for a nice 'frothy' effect.
  4. Pour the soda over this and top with another scoop of ice cream for the ultimate float.
  5. Finish with the dried mango cubes.
