Mezcal Margarita

A beautiful cocktail aperitif made with delicious smoky mezcal.

Ingredients

30mlCointreau
30mlFresh lime juice
60mlmezcal Gusana Rojo

Preparation

  1. Shake the ingredients with plenty of ice (chill well) in a shaker.
  2. Fine strain (=strainer + sieve) into a margarita glass.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim.
