Okonomiyaki bubble waffle

We now serve this Japanese fish pancake in the form of a bubble waffle, but of course with the same ingredients as in the original recipe.

Ingredients

0.2sweet soy sauce
100gButter
100gCornmeal
1.8Chicken broth
finely sliced cooked octopus
5units.itemsEggs
finely sliced spring onion
Japanese mayonnaise
katsuobushi
chopped wakame salad
okonomiyaki sauce

Preparation

  1. Heat the stock with the soy sauce and butter.
  2. When the butter has melted, add the cornmeal.
  3. Mix into a dough ball.
  4. Remove from the heat and let cool.
  5. Mix in the eggs one by one.
