
Pandan Latte
We make this delicious drink with Musetti's Gold Cuvée coffee.They developed this unique product to celebrate their 80th anniversary.
Ingredients
30ml(1 shot) espresso
120mlWhole milk
35mlBandoeng pandan liqueur
Spekkoek
champagne glass
Preparation
- Pour the liqueur into the glass.
- Froth the milk and make the espresso.
- Swirl the milk and pour it into the glass.
- Let the milk rest for a moment so the foam and milk separate.
- Carefully pour the espresso through the milk foam.
- Garnish with a piece of spekkoek.
