
Lime chocolate panna cotta
A refreshing spring panna cotta.Ingredients
4Gelatin sheets
200glime chocolate
260gWhole milk
250gloosely whipped cream
fresh lime zest
40gMascarpone
Preparation
- Bring the milk to a boil and dissolve the soaked gelatin in it. Melt the lime chocolate in it.
- Add the mascarpone and mix in a little fresh lime zest.
- Let cool until 'hanging' and then mix in the semi-whipped cream.
- Pour into silicone molds and freeze, to make unmolding easier.
- Let thaw to serve.
