Pépites Bowl

Pépites Bowl consisting of, among other things, Pépites of split peas and zucchini Bonduelle, fresh fruit, red rice, and a dressing. This recipe is based on 10 servings.

Ingredients

100gtahini paste
1units.itemslemon juice
300mlWater
1units.itemslime juice

5gblack sesame seeds
250gBonduelle red lentil and carrot Pépites

Preparation

  1. Cook the Pépites for 8 minutes in salted water and drain. Rinse with cold water.
  2. Cook the red rice as indicated on the package, rinse with cold water and keep chilled.
  3. Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients with a hand blender.
  4. Cut the avocado into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  5. Cut the mango into cubes. Slice the radish.
  6. First, divide the red rice in a bowl, then add the mango cubes, radish slices, edamame beans, and avocado strips.
  7. Garnish the dish with the dressing and black sesame seeds.
