Sticky Sriracha chicken wings

Sticky Sriracha chicken wings with honey.

Ingredients

3Sriracha sauce
1kgchicken wings
2cloves of garlic, pressed
70mlLiquid honey

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the marinade. Shake briefly so they are all nicely coated.
  4. Place the wings on a baking tray, baste with the remaining marinade, and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Turn them over and bake for another 10-15 minutes in the oven.
