peperoncini marinata
stewed pears
Preparation
- Spread one of the two slices of sourdough bread with peperoncini.
- Place two thick slices of raclette cheese or taleggio on top.
- Pat the stewed pears and cucumber moons dry, cut them into julienne strips, and place on the cheese.
- Finish in a sandwich press.
