Rendang from the pressure cooker

Extra tender stewed meat thanks to the pressure cooker, flavored with Kumar’s rendang and serving suggestion with rice and green asparagus.

Ingredients

2kggoulash meat
1kgsliced onion
Stock
Kumar's rendang
Red wine
serving tip: rice and green asparagus

Preparation

  1. Sear two kilos of goulash meat in oil.
  2. Add a splash of red wine and some stock.
  3. Cook under pressure for one hour. After an hour, you'll have super tender shredded meat.
  4. Add a tub of Kumar's rendang and a kilo of sliced onions. Cook under pressure for another 10 minutes.
  5. Wait until the pressure is released and serve with some rice and green asparagus.
