A cocktail based on Kwai Feh.This light pink lychee liqueur is fresh, light, sweet, and powerful at the same time. A light liqueur with the natural flavor of exotic lychee, which gives an unmistakable touch to any drink.

Ingredients

20mlKwai Feh
40mlRoku Gin
25mlFresh lime juice
10mlRose syrup
A pinch of egg white
A dash of lychee juice
Garnish: rose petal

Preparation

Step 1

  1. Chill the glass.
  2. Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes.
  3. Strain into the chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with an edible rose or rose petals.
