A Sangria with the Portuguese liqueur: Licor Beirão.

Ingredients

various types of fruit
Mint
Ice cubes
Soda water
6units.centiliterLicor Beirão
1lWhite wine
1Cinnamon stick

Preparation

  1. Put the white wine and chopped fruit in a pitcher.
  2. For extra flavor, add the mint and cinnamon stick. Be careful not to use too much mint, as it can overpower the drink.
  3. Add the Licor Beirão and stir well.
  4. Finally, add the soda water and ice cubes.
